Can I transfer money between different UAE Emirates?
Yes, you can send money locally via Instant Cash or Western Union from all our stores in the UAE.
Are there any additional costs when transferring money through Wall Street?
There are no hidden fees for our transactions. However, in some countries, it is common for the beneficiary bank or payout partner to deduct a service charge. We will inform you if this is the case for the country you wish to send money.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes, you can cancel your transfers as per our terms and conditions which you will find at the back of your transaction receipt.
My transfer has not reached my beneficiary yet, who can I contact to track my transfer?
Our team will inform you of the timeframe at the time the transaction is made. If this timeframe is exceeded, you can call us on 04 230 2222 or visit one of our stores to get the status of your transaction.
What documents do I need to transfer money with Wall Street?
The documents you need depends on several factors. Usually, your Emirates ID, passport (with valid visa page if you are a UAE resident), or GCC National ID for GCC nationals is sufficient. However, we may ask for supporting documents related to your transaction & source of income. To ensure the documents required, you can call us on 04 230 2222 or visit one of our stores.
How can I cancel a transfer?
Simply bring the original transaction receipt with your valid ID to one of our stores & request cancellations. Whether we can cancel the transaction depends on whether the transaction has already been processed or not. The earlier you cancel, the bigger the chances of you being able to cancel the transaction. We will check the transaction & will inform you as soon as possible.
What are the payment options for any transaction?
You can pay by cash, cheque, card (additional fees apply), or via online transfers to a Wall Street Exchange bank account.
What are the different ways of sending money?
You can send money via bank transfer, cash pick up or mobile wallet.
Can I pay my utility bills?
