- Your company must be registered with the UAE Ministry of Labour
- Your company must have a bank acccount with a bank in the UAE
- Your company should pass our due diligence
- Your company should be able to enter into a contract with us
Documentation
- Valid trade license
- Copies of passport and visa page/Emirates ID for all sponsors, partners and managing directors
- Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Articles of Association (AOA)
- For Freezone entities - share certificates and register
- Customer Profile booklet filled and signed (get in touch to receive it)
