2. الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت من 6 مارس حتى 10 أبريل 2024 (“فترة الترويج”) للمقيمين في دولة الإمارات الذين يبلغون من العمر 18 عامًا أو أكثر (“المشارك” أو “أنت” أو “لك”)، باستثناء موظفي وول ستريت أو إنستانت كاش، وأقاربهم المباشرين وأي شخص آخر مرتبط بالمنظمة أو بتحكيم الحملة.

8. الجائزة الكبرى: إرسال الأموال عبر وول ستريت للصرافة من الإمارات إلى الخارج خلال فترة الترويج للحصول على فرصة للفوز بذهب يعادل وزنك في سحب الجائزة الكبرى! سيتم تحديد الفائز بناءً على الوزن الفعلي للفائز. ستكون الحسابات على النحو التالي: 1 كجم = 5 غرام حتى 500 غرام كحد أقصى من الذهب.
9. الجائزة الأسبوعية: إرسال الأموال مرتين عبر أي من فروع وول ستريت للصرافة للحصول على فرصة للفوز بهاتف ذكي أسبوعيًا.

12. يرجى ملاحظة أن المنتجات التالية مستثناة من الحملة: اتصالات، دو، السندات الوطنية، شرطة دبي، هيئة كهرباء ومياه الشارقة، طيران العربية، دنج، بطاقات المكافآت، دفع بطاقات الائتمان، تحويلات البنوك المحلية - UAEFTS، شراء/بيع العملات، WPS/Paytime، المعاملات المؤسسية والمعاملات الملغاة.
13. تنطبق على جميع التحويلات الفردية.
14. يحتفظ وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام بناءً على تعليمات الجهات التنظيمية الحكومية مع إشعار مسبق للعملاء في أي وقت ويجب أن يلتزم المشارك/الفائز بهذه التعديلات.
15. قد يقوم وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م بنشر صور الفائزين وفيديوهاتهم وأسمائهم في أي وسيلة إعلامية لأغراض التسويق والدعاية الحالية والمستقبلية. يوافق المشارك/الفائز بموجب هذا على استخدام معلوماته وصوره وفيديوهاته من قبل وول ستريت للصرافة ما لم يُذكر عدم النشر، ويؤكد أنه/أنها لن يكون لها حق المطالبة ضد وول ستريت للصرافة بسبب استخدام صورهم/بياناتهم التي قدمها المشارك/الفائز.
16. لا توجد رسوم دخول، ولا حاجة للشراء للمشاركة في هذه الحملة.

الشروط العامة
1. يجب أن يكون لدى المشاركين تأشيرة إقامة سارية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وحساب نشط في وول ستريت للصرافة.
2. سيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين اليومي والأسبوعي على مستوى الإمارات كل يوم/أسبوع.
3. يجب استلام الجوائز قبل مايو 2024.
4. سيتم الاتصال بالفائزين عبر الهاتف من قبل موظفينا أسبوعيًا. إذا لم يتم الاتصال بالفائز أو لم يطالب بالجائزة خلال 14 يومًا من الإخطار، يحتفظ وول ستريت للصرافة بحق سحب الجائزة واختيار فائز بديل.
5. سيتم توزيع الجوائز على الفائزين شخصيًا من خلال حفل توزيع الجوائز في الموقع.

The promoter, Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992, requires participants to have a valid UAE resident visa.
The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from 6 March to 10 April 2024 (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAE and aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign.
By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form the agreement between you and us.
Promotion Details and Entry
The Promotion shall be named “ Ahlan Ramadan”.
The campaign will run from 6th March – 10th April 2024 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
You can participate in the Promotion by
Grand Prize: Sending money through Wall Street Exchange from UAE to the during the Promotion Period and get a chance to win GOLD equal to your weight in our grand draw! Winner will be considered based on actual weight of the winner. The calculation will be 1 kg =5 g upto max 500g gold
Weekly Prize: Send money two times through any Wall Street Exchange branches will get a chance to win a smartphone weekly.
Daily Prize: Customers sending money anywhere in the world from any Wall Street Exchange branches will automatically enter the draw to win AED 500 daily! The more transactions you make, the higher your chances of winning.
Details of the Promotion will appear on electronic media only (such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram). The Promotion will be open to applicable only to Participants customers sending money through Wall Street Exchange during the Promotion Period.
Please note that the following products are excluded from the campaign: Etisalat, DU, National Bonds, Dubai Police, SEWA, Air Arabia, DING, Give Rewards Cards, Credit Card Payment, UAEFTS - Local Bank Transfers, Currency Buy/Sell, WPS/Paytime, Corporate transactions and Canceled transactions.

Wall Street Exchange L.L.C reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions instructed by the Government regulators with prior notice to the customers at any time and the participant/winner shall be bound by such amendments.
Wall Street Exchange L.L.C may publish the winners' photos, videos & names in any media for present/future marketing and publicity purposes. The participant/winner hereby consents to the use of his information and photo & video by Wall Street Exchange unless stated not to publish and further confirms that he/she will not be entitled for any claim against Wall Street Exchange on account of the use of his/her photos/data contributed by the participant/winner.
There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.
The closing date for the Promotion is 10th April 2024, and no further entries to the Promotion will be permitted thereafter.

Participants must possess a valid UAE Resident Visa and an active account with Wall Street Exchange.
Daily and Weekly announcements will reveal one lucky winner across the UAE for each Day/week.
All prizes must be claimed before May 2024.
Winners will be notified by telephone by our staff every week. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The prizes will be distributed to the winners in person through a prize distribution ceremony at the location.
Our decision in respect of all matters regarding the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

General
Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street Exchange (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and where applicable, the Promotion partners and any providers of a prize): (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion and its prizes.
Wall Street Exchange reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to you as soon as possible.
The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by UAE law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.

7. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of any remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.
8. Re-issuance of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences,as applicable
