2. الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت من 3 أغسطس – 1 سبتمبر 2024 (30 يومًا) للمقيمين في الإمارات والذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا أو أكثر (“المشارك” أو “أنت” أو “لك”)، باستثناء موظفي وول ستريت أو إنستانت كاش، وأقاربهم المباشرين وأي شخص آخر مرتبط بالمنظمة أو لجنة تحكيم الحملة.

15. مع استثناء ما لا يحد من مسؤولية وول ستريت إكستشينج (أو أي طرف ثالث) الناشئة عن الاحتيال أو الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن الإهمال أو أي نوع آخر من المسؤولية التي لا يمكن تقييدها أو استبعادها بموجب القانون، نحن (وحيثما ينطبق، شركاء الحملة وأي مزودين للجائزة): (أ) لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية تتعلق بأي فعل أو إغفال من أي طرف ثالث و (ب) نستبعد جميع المسؤوليات تجاه المشارك وأي شخص آخر عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو ضرر من أي نوع ناتج عن أو متعلق بهذه الحملة وجوائزها.
16. تحتفظ وول ستريت إكستشينج بحقها في إلغاء أو تعديل الحملة وهذه الشروط والأحكام دون إشعار في حال وقوع كارثة أو حرب أو اضطرابات مدنية أو عسكرية أو حادث غير متوقع أو أي خرق فعلي أو متوقع لأي قانون أو لائحة معمول بها أو أي حدث آخر خارج عن إرادتنا. سيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات في الحملة في أقرب وقت ممكن.
17. تخضع الحملة وهذه الشروط والأحكام لقانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وأي نزاع سيكون خاضعًا للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم الإماراتية في إمارة دبي.

1. قد يتأثر هذا المنتج/الخدمة بتغيرات أسعار صرف العملات الأجنبية.
2. قد تفرض البنوك المراسلة/المؤسسات المالية أو الكيانات المقدمة للخدمات المالية للمستفيد من التحويلات رسومًا إضافية.
3. قد يختلف الوقت الفعلي لإتمام المعاملة عن التقديرات بسبب التدقيق الزائد من البنك المراسل/المؤسسة المالية أو الكيان المزود للخدمات المالية.
4. لن تتحمل وول ستريت إكستشينج أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير بعد تحويل الأموال من الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
5. قد تُفرض غرامات ورسوم إذا حدث خطأ من العميل أو تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة للتحويلات.
6. يحتفظ الصرف بالحق في إجراء استفسارات إذا كانت قيمة التحويل أو عدد التحويلات خلال فترة معينة لا يتطابق مع ملفك الشخصي.
7. سيتم رد المبالغ المدفوعة مقابل إلغاء أو رفض أي معاملات تحويلات غير مدفوعة لسبب ما فقط حسب السعر السائد أو عند سعر المعاملة التي تم إصدارها، أيهما أقل.
8. إعادة إصدار معاملات التحويلات لأي سبب تخضع لرسومنا واختلافات الأسعار حسبما ينطبق.

The promoter, Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992, requires participants to have a valid UAE resident visa. 

2. The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from Aug 03 –  Sept 1, 2024 (30 Days) (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAE and aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign. 

3. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form the agreement between you and us.

6. The campaign will run from Aug 03 –  Sept 1, 2024 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). 

7. Our decision in respect of all matters regarding the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 

8. Any customer sending money India twice instantly will receive a travel bag.

10. Not applicable for corporate transactions, receive money, bill payments, Corporate and cancelled transactions are excluded from the draw.​

11. Open to all Wall Street Exchange customers including 7X employees​.

12. Wall Street Exchange, IC, FINTX & VERTX employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible to enter the draws.

3. Any personal data relating to the Participants will be used solely in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation, and the privacy policy mentioned below and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s express authority and consent. 

4. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your personal data to Wall Street Exchange and not to any other party and this will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy 
    
   General 

5. Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street Exchange (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and where applicable, the Promotion partners and any providers of a prize): (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion and its prizes.  

6. Wall Street Exchange reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to you as soon as possible. 

7. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by UAE law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
   
   Warning Statements:
   1. This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
   2. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing
   financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
   3. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
   4. Wall Street Exchange will not be held liable for any delays once the funds are transmitted from the UAE.
   5. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.
   6. The Exchange reserves the right to make inquiries if the transfer amount or the number of transfers during a period does not match your profile.
   7. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of any remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.
   8. Re-issuance of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences,as applicable
